Hotel Controller

Role: Our client, a highly reputable name in the hotel industry seeks a Hotel Controller for their Cork Hotel. Reporting to the Financial Controller in Dublin, this is a great opportunity for a highly motivated ambitious accountant to make this role their own
Responsibilities:
- Direct support to hotel management in relation to financial planning
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the finance department
- Income & cost control
- Internal procedures
- Cashiering
- Supporting month end processes
- And any other aspects of the accounts duties that my arise
Skills Required:
- Proactive and ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent communications skills as a large part of this role will be liaising and supporting hotel management
- Experience of working in a hotel environment previously an advantage
