Job Description of the Inside Sales Manager
- Establish & set up new Outbound Telesales Team
- Assume full responsibility & accountability for the budget
- Develop and implement strategic sales plan
- Recruit, lead & develop a team of outbound telesales
- Execute a plan to migrate existing lead generation team to telesales
Roles/Responsibilities of the Inside Sales Manager
- Identify training needs
- Conduct weekly sales meetings
- Liase with acquisition field sales team
- Drive customer satisfaction
Skills/Experience of the Inside Sales Manager
- 5 years outbound telesales management experience ESSENTIAL in a Telecommunications or Advertising/Media Industry
- People Management experience including setting objectives, coaching for performance, giving feedback
- Ability to clearly demonstrate achievement of results in a fast paced and aggressive sales environment ONLY
Education / Professional Qualifications of the Inside Sales Manager
- Third Level qualification in a relevant business discipline
Personal Attributes of the Inside Sales Manager
- Proactive individual
- Energy and maturity in an extremely aggressive sales environment
- Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
- Extremely hungry to over achieve in an outbound sales capacity
