Top Travel Multi National has new vacancy for a Travel Agent to manage the Scandanavian market, must be fluent in either Swedish, Danish or Norwegian with 1 years minimum Travel Agency experience. Basic salary between 24,000 euro and 29,000 euro
Job Description
If you enjoy working with people and providing a comprehensive holiday consultation service to customers this could be the dream job for you. Working within a knowledgeable team of Travel Agents you will be responsible for putting together the dream holiday for this company's membership base.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Meeting outlined sales targets and key performance indicators
- Providing comprehensive customer service via telephone and email to the Scandanavian market in either Swedish, Danish or Norwegian and English
- Promoting and marketing the range of products and services available to members
- Contacting members via outbound calls as required
- Using the various booking systems (Sabre/Galileo/Amadeus) to make, amend reservations
- Associated Administration
Skills/Experience
- Full spoken and written fluency of either Swedish, Danish or Norwegian as well as English
- Must have experience working on either Sabre/Galileo/Amadeus
- Minimum of 1 years Travel Consultant in a sales driven environment
- Knowledge of the Travel industry, chartered and scheduled flights, airline carriers
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Positive, friendly personality
- Customer focussed
- Proven ability to meet KPI's and sales targets
- Team worker
