Service Account Manager Urgently Wanted - Blanchardstown
Our client based in Blanchardstown is urgently looking to recruit a Service Account Manager for immediate start. This is a 3 month temp contract offering a competitive salary of €17.95 per hour (€35,000 pa) and a monthly car allowance of €697.
Job Summary
To manage and control a portfolio of customer accounts to make the company's service an integral part of the customers requirements.
Key Accountabilities
SERVICE DELIVERY
- Produce exemplary Account Management conduct.
- Consistently meet/exceed departmental service goals and objectives.
- Instruct Customers on all aspects of the companies products and services.
- Analyse and produce reports to answer Customer issues and requests.
- Attending to Account Management issues, attending regional and national meetings, interfacing where appropriate to departmental needs.
- Maintain Customer Files and Profiles within the portfolio, making sure that files are up-to-date with Customer correspondence.
- Ensure Contract compliance and adherence to company procedures.
- Arrange and conduct scheduled meetings in a professional manner.
- Develop Strategic Action Plans for your top Customers.
- Co-ordinate with Customer Services to provide Customers with Total Customer Satisfaction.
- Negotiating and communicating price increases and amendments to service.
- Identify Customers that require Special Projects needs, manage, monitor and evaluate the project to ensure that it meets with the Customers need.
FINANCIAL
- Maintain and review SalesLogix reports and submit for review.
- Review contracts for renewal.
- Gather, share and distribute competitor information.
- Analyse customer data.
- To ensure Customers maintain payment of services within agreed credit terms.
- Assist in budget input and revenue forecasts of allocated accounts.
HR/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Assist in training of new employees.
- Discuss and agree a performance target and objectives.
- Monitor, meet and exceed individual targets and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver team presentations as required during Monthly Account Management meetings.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Sufficient experience in a sales focussed or account management environment.
- Experience of dealing with complex customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- University degree or business / project management qualification desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work independently.
- IT literate with knowledge and experience of using all Windows based packages.
- Good computer skills

- Ability to build and develop successful long term relationships with all key stakeholders including, customers, operational management, sales and other teams and departments within the company.
- Demonstrable problem solving skills.
- Proven project management skills and experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure while delivering results to exacting deadlines.
- Ability to determine and then manage project risks effectively.
- Ability to work within a multi-cultural environment and with all levels of the organisation.
