POSITION: Opportunity for an experienced credit controller to work within the Healthcare sector has arisen in Dundrum. My client is seeking a candidate who has a minimum of 3 years experience in collections coupled with a highly professional telephone manner and experience working to high targets.
Responsibilities
- Collections of cash on customers accounts
- Contribute to dispute management process
- Keep manager informed of customers with payment problems
- Liaise with service centres in Dublin & the UK
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is met
- Initiate changes to credit limits consistent with corporate policy
- Ad- hoc duties as required
Requirements
- 3 years solid credit control experience
- Healthcare / Medical background a bonus but not essential
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word
- Target driven with a strong initiative
- Excellent telephone manner & ability to deal with customers in a helpful, efficient and friendly manner
- Well organised & and strong experience working to tight deadlines
