Order Management Specialist

Roles/Responsibilities

• Act as the sole account manager for large corporate clients
  
• Provide administrative and customer care support to approx 10-15 clients
  
• Report generation, order processing and following through the sales process
  
• Sales order entry on SAP & ERP systems
  
• Follow up with customers on any issues regarding their orders
  
• Liaison with shipping plants when required re: issues that arise

Skills/Experience

• Fluent English is a MUST
  
• A second language of Italian, French, German or Spanish is desirable
  
• Experience working within a multi-national
  
• Excellent PC knowledge and experience of SAP
