Fund Accounting Supervisor

• Perform daily fund related tasks including rebalancing, divergence checks.


• Perform monthly client rebalancing tasks, including reviewing client rebates and fees


• Develop a relationship with both internal and external parties to the funds so as to be a key point of contact


• Maintain and enhance our reputation for clients' service through effective and continual inter-action with key clients, and co-ordination of all parties involved in the delivery of client services.


• Perform Client take ons, New Fund launches and Manager Restructures


• Review. Monitor and Reporting on MIS and SLA information


• Preparation of monthly Directors reporting and Board Papers


• Perform periodic reconciliations, reviews and fee calculation checks

Skills/Experience

• A graduate with at least 5 years experience in Fund Accounting or Investment Management.


• Strong analytical skills


• Ability to work on own initiative within a small team in a challenging environment


• A knowledge of fund structures, parties to the fund and the differing Fund and instrument types


• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels


• Understanding of operational and reputation risks in a fund and the operational control environment required to manage these risks
