Order Administrator

An immediate requirement has arisen for an Order Administrator  with French to join an expanding company. The role is supporting the sales team and managing queries from their customers. The role is on contract for 9-10  months.

Main Responsibilities
Managing all orders received and uploading to the database
Liasing with finance
Issusing invoices
Repsonding to all queries regarding orders and payment

Key Skills Required
3-4 years experience of order management in a multinational environment
Fluent French
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Excellent business awareness
