Our client is a multinational organisation employing over 3,000 direct employees. Due to further expansion we are searching for a Senior Surveying & Property Damage Claims Professional. You will be based in either Belgium or the Netherlands. In order to allow the business to expand and meet the growth objectives of our Commercial Insurance division we are seeking to recruit an experienced and energetic property professional who will represent the Company in Belgium and the Netherlands. The successful candidate will have:

• 5+ years experience in the Property arena
  
• Relevant professional qualification (Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or Engineering)
  
• Track record at a senior level in property surveying, project management, quantity surveying or engineering
  
• The successful candidate will be in fluent in French, Dutch and English and highly competent in technical report writing in all three languages.

The role will involve the loss adjusting, negotiation and management of large property claims as well as assisting the head office management team in the coordination and supervision of our regional team. We are seeking applications from individuals that will be based in either Belgium or the Netherlands (covering both jurisdictions).
