Procurement Manager

Procurement Manager required for leading Irish multinational.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide Procurement support to Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and Construction groups.
- Support Engineering and Construction managers in procurement, planning, client management and supplier performance management.
- Review financial evaluation of all proposals, negotiations and contractual agreements.
- Manage the tender and negotiation process.
Education & Requirements:
- Degree qualification in Engineering/Business.
- Strong commercial awareness, with a good understanding of procurement and supplier management techniques.
- Strong business acumen.
- Previous experience in construction and civil engineering industry.
- Proven experience in project management.
