EMEA Incident Coordinator - Security Industry

My client is a specialist provider of integrated security systems to the European marketplace.
They are strongly focused on the corporate sector and intend to be the leading provider of integrated security systems to corporate organisations in Europe within the next 2 years.across EMEA. As part of this growth they currently have a requirement for a service desk incident coordinator.
As part of an experienced team you will be expected to provide leadership within the team on all incidents.
As part of their operation my client outsources a number of their installations throughout EMEA to 3rd party security companies. This role will involve managing those companies on all incidents as they occur. Vendor management and fee negotiation on costs will also fall under your remit.
As the company is rapidly expanding the company view this as a key hire with an opportunity to grow a team and offers a management opportunity within the medium term.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience within a similar role ideally within the Security industry and will have strong negotiation and administration skills.
