Customer Service Team Leader with Italian
An International client has an immediate vacancy for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader with Italian. The person must have experience of working in a multi-national environment (preferably technical) and managing large number of teams (in excess of 15 people).
Main Responsibilities
Managing a team of +15 people - motivation, work performance, delegating and reviewing work, career development
Prepare and draft tender documents in English and Italian
Ensure all order are dealt with according to agreements
Ensure all documents are prepared in accordance with company policy
Negotiate pricing requests
Liaise with all departments - internal and external to the business
Key Competencies Required
Fluent Italian with a degree in management or business
Experience of working within multinationals and tenders environment
Proven management experience of in excess of 15 team members
Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus
