My client a leading expanding medical device multi national has vacancy for a Manufacturing Engineer with SMT experience. As my client is currently undergoing a major phase of expansion; there are excellent career progression prospects on offer. Excellent package on offer for the right applicant.

The Role:

This role involves the introduction of new products in manufacturing. The candidate will be involved with

· This role is project based and the ideal candidate will have strong project management skills to facilitate defined project schedules and communications with R&D and operations groups.

· This role also involves the tracking and trending of yields and process enhancements during the development and initial rollout of new products.

· Equipment and process validations

· Training of operations engineers, technicians and operators.

Position Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing/ Electronic Engineering


• 5 years related work experience.


• NPI, SMT & project management skills would be an advantage.
